There is a huge turnout for the November MAFO.
Contestants are coming from all around Victoria to test their metal in both non Contact and Full Contact divisions.
The Non Contact divisions offer Ippon and Continuos fighting.
The first ,Ippon, is a start stop style of fighting with a first in best dressed approach that includes head punches and kicks above the belt but Non contact. The second style, Continuous, is a fast paced sparring competition with all the techniques of full contact Kyokushin fights minus the contact.
Of course the most exciting part of the day is the Fullcontact fights in a Fight Off Format where each fighter is lined up against another fighter as closely matched as possible on age ,rank ,weight ,height and experience. This makes for some very hotly contested bouts.
The Martial Arts Fight Off is held at Fighting Arts Fitness Centre November 10 2024 in Glenroy.

Doors Open 9am with the action Kicking Off at 10am. Spectators entry is $10 Cash on the day. Everyone is welcome.
