23rd – White and red belts (10th kyu) karate grading 5pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form once you have received your black tag)
29th – Adult White to 9th Kyu karate Grading 6pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form prior to the day)
30th – 9thkyu to 7th kyu kids Karate Grading 5pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form once you have received your black tag)
MAY
8th – FAFC Intra club tournament there will be divisions for
Karate (Kata, point scoring and continuous),
Kickboxing (Junior, Teens and Adult)
BJJ Juniors
(must fill 0ut and submit a form prior to the day)
JUNE
6th – 6th kyu and above karate grading 10am (must fill 0ut and submit a form once you have received your black tag)
10th – Junior Panthers Kickboxing Grading 4.45pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form prior to the day)
17th – Teen and Adult White and Red Panthers kickboxing grading 7.15pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form prior to the day)
23rd – Blue and Yellow Panthers Kickboxing grading 6pm (must fill 0ut and submit a form prior to the day)
