The final Martial Arts Fight Off for 2023 is scheduled for Sunday November 19th 2023.
This will be the last chance for those needing tournament experience before grading and will finish off the tournament circuit for the year as we head into gradings.
As usual there will be both non contact and Full Contact divisions for all ages and all clubs and styles are welcome.
Constant participation in tournaments not only hones your fighting skills under pressure but provides a great day of excitement and fun.
