FAFC is running a First Aid course on Friday the 26th of March 6pm to 9pm this is open to anyone. . Only $99

The course will be conducted by Global Fitness Institute but there is some online content to work through before the night so register now and get the link to the online content.
Everybody should complete at least one First Aid course in their lifetime and before you find yourself needing the skills and knowledge in a life threatening situation.
All instructors and assistant instructors must have current First Aid.
