You can now start the day with a fun , invigorating Kickboxing class every Thursday Morning starting at 6.30 am.
This class is available to both Members and non members.
There is no charge for current members and it is only $15 for non members.
There is no cash payment or eftpos available in the morning so all non members just have to fill in the form and make payment prior to training.
